Does the applicant have to upload a CV?
No. None of the seven application templates has an upload field. In the Job application template, the candidate sends the CV as a reply to the confirmation email if needed. All seven are also included in Funnelforms Free, there without lead score. You can add a File upload field in Funnelforms Pro.
How long are applications stored?
As long as you set it. Funnelforms deletes entries automatically every day after the chosen number of days, together with uploaded files. New websites start with one year.
Can I send applications to my applicant tracking system?
Yes, via webhook as a signed JSON request or via Zapier, Make and n8n with an access token. A dedicated integration with a specific applicant tracking system is not included.
