How does the trial work?
You choose a plan, sign in with your email and add a payment method with Stripe. For 14 days, you use Pro with all features. Only after that does Stripe charge you for the chosen plan.
Why do I need a payment method for the trial?
So that Pro keeps running without interruption after the trial and your funnels stay online. Nothing is charged during the trial.
How do I cancel during the trial?
In your customer account under “Subscription and invoices”. If you cancel before the trial ends, nothing is charged.
Can I use the trial more than once?
Once per account, with your first subscription. If you are moving from an older payment system, you only pay once the period you already paid for ends.
What is a Predictive AI analysis?
Predictive AI simulates thousands of visitors in your funnel before it goes live and shows drop-off per step, weak points and suggestions. Each new forecast counts once: Personal 3, Business 10, Agency 40 a month. Recalculating with other numbers is free.
What counts as a website?
A WordPress installation with its own address. Test and staging sites don't count.
Can I move the license to another website?
Yes. In your Funnelforms account, you disconnect one website and connect another.
What happens to my forms if I cancel?
Your forms and entries remain in your WordPress database. A canceled plan runs until the end date shown in your customer account.
How do I pay?
Via Stripe. You'll find your subscription and invoices in your Funnelforms account.
