WordPress funnel plugin: turn visitors into enquiries.

A funnel guides visitors question by question to an enquiry, an appointment or a purchase. What a WordPress funnel plugin needs to do for that.

What is a funnel?

A funnel describes the path from the first visit to the sale. On your website its most important part is often a multi-step form: it asks about the need, shows matching answers or a price and collects contact details at the end.

The difference from a classic contact form: after the submit you know who is asking, what they need and how urgent it is.

What a funnel plugin should do

  • Paths by answer. Every answer leads to the right next question.
  • Calculate. A price, a quantity or a score from the answers, live in the form.
  • Appointment and payment. The visitor books an appointment or pays a deposit right away.
  • Pass it on. Enquiries land in your CRM, newsletter tool or team channel.
  • Measure. Drop-off per step, sources and campaigns, A/B tests.
  • Stay in WordPress. Entries in your own database, managed in the WordPress admin.

How Funnelforms covers this

Funnelforms is a WordPress plugin. You build the funnel on a canvas, insert it as a block, Elementor widget, shortcode, popup or its own page and handle the enquiries in WordPress.

How to choose the right plugin

  1. Write down what should come out of the funnel, for example an appointment or a quote.
  2. Check whether the plugin does this without add-ons, or what the add-ons cost.
  3. Build a test funnel with a free edition and look at it on your phone.
  4. Check where entries are stored and what loads without consent.

Tip: a funnel from an industry template shows faster than any feature list whether a tool suits you. The industry pages each show a real flow.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a page builder as well as Funnelforms?

No. Funnelforms works in any theme as a block or shortcode, and as a widget in Elementor. A form can also get its own page under /funnelforms/your-name.

Does Funnelforms send email sequences?

No. Funnelforms sends the email to you, a confirmation and, in Pro, appointment reminders and reminders to visitors who left. For newsletter sequences, Pro passes contacts to your email tool, such as Brevo, CleverReach, KlickTipp or Mailchimp.
